Oversight within the Octology™ framework arises exclusively through explicit allocation by the institute and is inseparably linked to accreditation and licensing.
It does not constitute a freely applicable framework, an open methodology, or an interpretative right that may be unilaterally claimed by third parties.

In the absence of formal allocation by Marianne Institute VZW:

  • no institutional oversight exists within the Octology™ framework;

  • references to oversight or Octology™ are not permitted;

  • and no entitlement exists to use ORO, OURL, or related designations.

Meaning and Function of Oversight
